GSHYDRO piping system (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. won the biggest contract of non-welded piping in China for earthquake engineering simulation test system
In Oct. 2020, GS-Hydro piping system (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. won the biggest contract of Non-welded piping in GSHYDRO China for the largest scale earthquake engineering simulation system of Tianjin University.
This largescale earthquake engineering simulation research facility is the first national major scientific and technological infrastructure in the field of earthquake engineering in China, and it’s the largest in history. It is undertaken by Tianjin University to build in Tianjin city. MTS system company provides large-scale earthquake engineering simulation test system, and GS-Hydro company provides piping system. The piping system is expected to be delivered in 2022, including pipeline design, material supply, workshop prefabrication, site installation, flushing, pressing and commissioning. The maximum diameter of high pressure pipe is 250x25mm, the maximum diameter of low pressure pipe is 323.9×7.1mm, and the total length of pipeline is more than 5500m.
